Who can apply to be listed?

Any registered stand-building or booth-design company operating in Europe. We accept modular, custom, hybrid, and double-decker specialists. Sole traders with a clear portfolio and verifiable references are welcome alongside larger workshops.

How long does verification take?

Standard review takes 3-5 business days. We check business registration, portfolio evidence, fair attendance records, and at least one client reference. Featured-tier applications include a 30-minute video call and may take up to ten business days.

Does listing cost anything?

A baseline directory listing is free. Featured placement (priority in city and fair pages, RFQ routing, and editorial profile) is offered as an annual subscription. We never accept payment to alter the vetting outcome or to remove competitors.

What standards do you check against?

Our editorial review considers AUMA exhibitor guidance, FAMAB Quality Marks, UFI member affiliations, ISO 20121 sustainable event management, and where relevant FSC chain of custody and IFES membership. Builders without these credentials are still welcome - we simply mark the listing accordingly.
