Why list with us

A directory built for how exhibitors actually shortlist.

Exhibitors arrive at Exhibition Stands EU after they have already picked a fair. They are looking for a builder in a specific city, with a specific build type, for a specific budget. Our directory is structured around exactly that decision - so the right brief lands in your inbox instead of a generic contact form.

01

Vetted directory positioning

Every listed builder is reviewed against business registration, portfolio evidence, and fair attendance records. A vetted badge signals to exhibitors that you have been independently checked - not just self-described - which is the single biggest filter most procurement teams apply.

02

Qualified RFQ leads

Our quote-request form captures fair, hall, stand size, budget band, and brief before it reaches you. No tyre-kickers, no contact-form spam. Exhibitors who reach you through the directory already know what they want and what it costs.

03

Multi-city visibility

List once and appear on every city, fair, and capability page where you genuinely operate - from Frankfurt to Fiera Milano, Barcelona to Brussels Expo. We do not lock builders to a single home city the way classic local directories do.

04

Featured-tier option

Once verified, you can opt into a featured tier for priority placement in your strongest cities and fairs, an extended editorial profile, and first-look on inbound RFQs for your declared build types. Featured slots are capped per city to preserve trust.

How vetting works

Four checks, calibrated to European fair-industry standards.

Our review process is modelled on the diligence exhibitors themselves apply at AUMA-listed fairs and is informed by FAMAB Quality Mark criteria, UFI member expectations, and ISO 20121 event sustainability standards. We do not gatekeep - we evidence.

  1. 1

    Identity & registration

We confirm legal entity status against the relevant national register (Handelsregister, Registro Imprese, Registre du Commerce, KvK, Companies House and equivalents), check VAT validity through VIES, and verify the headquarters address. A registered presence in at least one EU/EEA/UK jurisdiction is required.

  2. 2

    Portfolio evidence

We review at least six recent projects against public evidence - your own gallery, fair organizer photos, exhibitor case studies, or trade press coverage. We assess build quality, declared specialties (modular, custom, double-decker, sustainable), and consistency with the brief categories you intend to receive on the platform.

  3. 3

    Fair experience

For every fair you list, we corroborate at least one stand build using exhibitor lists, hall plans, or Messe Frankfurt / Fiera Milano / IFEMA archive material where available. We weight current-cycle work (last 24 months) more heavily than legacy projects. UFI member fair experience and FAMAB-affiliated builds carry additional weight.

  4. 4

    References & standards

We contact at least one declared client reference - briefly, by email - to confirm scope, delivery, and whether they would rebook. We log any ISO 20121, FSC, FAMAB, IFES, or UFI affiliations and surface them on your public profile. Self-declared credentials without evidence are not displayed.

Apply to be listed

It takes most builders 12-18 minutes to complete. You can save partial progress by using your browser's autofill - we do not currently store drafts server-side.

Step 1 · Company basics

Tell us who you are as a business. We will cross-check the registration number and VAT against public registers during review.

The brand exhibitors would recognise.
As it appears on the commercial register.
Whichever national register applies in your HQ country.
EU VAT IDs are verified through VIES.
Step 2 · Location & coverage

Your headquarters anchors your default city profile. The serviced-countries list controls which fair and city pages you appear on.

Used for verification only - the public listing shows city, not street address.
Tap every country where you actively quote and deliver stands. Be honest - exhibitors will read this.
Step 3 · Primary contact

The person we reach during verification and who will receive incoming RFQs once listed. You can change this later.

Step 4 · Capabilities

Select everything you genuinely deliver. Exhibitors filter the directory by these capabilities - the more accurate, the better-matched your inbound briefs.

Only tick credentials you can evidence on request. We display these as badges only when verified.
Step 5 · Experience & portfolio

The most influential section for reviewers. Stronger evidence here means a faster decision and better placement.

Add the major fairs where you have delivered builds. We will spot-check at least one entry per applicant.
One direct image URL per line. We mirror approved images to our CDN during onboarding.
At least one is required for a featured-tier review. We email references briefly and confidentially.
Step 6 · Pitch & submit

A short brief our editorial team uses to draft your public profile. Write to exhibitors, not to us.

Up to 2000 characters. Plain text is fine.
