Exhibition Stands EU runs this website and is the controller of the personal data described here.

02What we collect

We collect only what is needed to match you with builders or run your listing.

• Exhibitors: name, work email, company, and the details of your brief.
• Builders: company details, contact person, portfolio and coverage.
• Everyone: basic, anonymised usage statistics.

03How we use it

Each purpose has its own legal basis under the GDPR.

04Who we share it with

Your brief is shared only with the up to three builders we match you with. We use a small number of EU-based processors for hosting and email, bound by data processing agreements.

05How long we keep it

Briefs are kept for 24 months so you can refer back to them, then deleted. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

06Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

01The service

We help exhibitors find stand builders. We are not a party to any contract between an exhibitor and a builder, and we don’t take commission on it.

02For exhibitors

Please send briefs for real projects only. Proposals you receive are offers from the builders, and you are free to accept or decline them.

03For builders

Listings must be accurate. Coverage you add must reflect cities you genuinely build in, and we may check it against your portfolio.

• Respond to matched briefs you accept within 48 hours.
• Don’t use exhibitor details for anything other than their brief.

04Featured placement

Featured costs €99 per month excluding VAT, billed monthly and cancellable at any time. It changes order and labelling only; it never affects verification or eligibility for briefs.

05Our content

Guides are written by our editors for general information. Costs are indicative and not a quote. You may quote short extracts with a link back.

06Liability

We check builders carefully but can’t guarantee their work. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
