Yes. Submitting a brief, receiving matched builder responses, and comparing proposals is free for every exhibitor. We are paid by builders for verified placement and optional featured listings, never by exhibitors. There is no commission on the contracts you sign.

Absolutely. Browse the directory at /companies, open any verified profile, and use the contact form on that profile to reach the builder directly. The RFQ route is for exhibitors who want side-by-side proposals without doing the search themselves.
It happens occasionally during peak fair build-up weeks when most builders are at capacity. If you have not received any reply within 48 hours, email contact@exhibition-stands.eu and we will manually re-broadcast your brief to a wider pool.
Your brief is shared only with the matched builders, processed under GDPR, retained for 12 months for follow-up, and never sold to third parties. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@exhibition-stands.eu. Full statement on our privacy page.
