Is this really free for exhibitors?
Yes. Submitting a brief, receiving matched builder responses, and comparing proposals is free for every exhibitor. The directory is funded by builders through optional featured listings, never by exhibitors.
How are builders matched to my brief?
We filter our directory by your target fair, city, booth size band, build type, budget, and industry. Up to three builders that fit all criteria and have current capacity receive your brief and respond directly within 24-48 hours.
Can I contact a specific builder instead?
Absolutely. Browse the directory at /builders, open any verified profile, and use the contact form on that profile to reach the builder directly. The RFQ route is for exhibitors who want side-by-side proposals without doing the search themselves.
What happens to my data?
Your brief is shared only with the matched builders, processed under GDPR, retained for 12 months for follow-up unless you request earlier deletion, and never sold to third parties. See our /privacy policy for the full data-handling statement.
