About Messukeskus Helsinki
Messukeskus Helsinki is an exhibition venue in Helsinki, Finland.
Messukeskus, the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre, is the largest and most versatile event venue in Finland, located in the Pasila district near central Helsinki. It offers around 58,000 sqm across seven exhibition halls, plus 40 convertible meeting rooms and the 4,400-seat Amfi Hall auditorium, and hosts around a hundred trade and public fairs a year with over a million annual visitors.
The venue
The seven halls are complemented by extensive conference facilities, restaurants and cafés seating around 4,500, and a large parking garage. The venue provides strong AV infrastructure, including venue-wide 5G Wi-Fi supporting tens of thousands of concurrent users, reflecting a modern, technology-ready fairground suited to both trade shows and congresses.
Exhibiting and stand-building context
Messukeskus hosts a broad mix of trade and consumer fairs, so stand briefs range widely. Its central-Helsinki location means load-in runs through the halls' managed dock system, and the venue's technical rules govern build-up, power and rigging. Exhibitors confirm hall placement and logistics ahead of the build.
Getting there
Messukeskus sits a short walk from Pasila railway station, one of Helsinki's main rail hubs, giving direct access from the city centre and the airport line. This strong rail connectivity, combined with 4,600 parking spaces, supports the venue's large fair and congress audiences.
