Exhibiting at  Jaarbeurs Utrecht

Jaarbeurs Utrecht is an exhibition venue in Utrecht, Netherlands.

Jaarbeurs (Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs) is one of the Netherlands' largest exhibition and convention venues, located in central Utrecht directly beside Utrecht Centraal railway station. Hosting trade shows since 1920, it offers over 100,000 sqm across 10 halls, with more than 65 meeting rooms, a theatre and studios, and welcomes around 2.5 million visitors a year.

The venue

The 10 multi-purpose halls suit trade shows, events, concerts and parties, complemented by the Beatrix Theatre (up to around 1,500 people), the Media Plaza conference centre and smaller meeting spaces, plus over 3,000 parking spaces. Jaarbeurs's defining advantage is its location immediately next to Utrecht Central Station, one of the Netherlands' busiest rail hubs, making it exceptionally accessible.

Exhibiting and stand-building context

Jaarbeurs hosts a broad mix of trade and consumer events, so stand briefs vary widely. Its central, station-adjacent location means load-in is managed through the halls' dock system within an urban setting, and the venue's technical rules govern build-up, rigging and services. Exhibitors confirm hall placement and logistics ahead of the build.

Getting there

The venue's position beside Utrecht Centraal gives direct rail access from across the Netherlands and around 30 minutes from Schiphol Airport, making it one of the most transport-accessible major venues in the country, a significant draw for both national and international events.
